Very arrogant staff. I have never encountered vulgar behaviour like this. The only thing I can recommend is to avoid this dump.

Very good pizza with top quality ingredients! Nice place, but hard to get in. Reservations necessary and open only from Wednesday till Saturday.
Very rude service. If you are not Czech, forget it. Tourists cant get a table there, we have waited for 45 minutes with small children, only to see 3 times large tables being taken by „family”. A lot of better and tastier places to stay...in Pec.More
Exciting moments if you could stay in this pizzeria. Nice stuff, delicious pizza, great salads:) If you are looking for restaurant with excellent service you could come here, but better let make a reservation 🍀
We visited the place with family. We took a table and picked baby chairs. Waiter with very rude manner told us that we cannot use baby chairs because it would be too crowded. Did not offer any other alternative or ask to wait a while...as another, bigger table was preparing to leave. We left the place and share our bed experience with the waiter and supervisor who did not take it seriously Very bed experience and awful hospitalityMore
very rude service - we left the restaurant before we ordered a meal. very shame. I do not recommend.
Nice place, great restaurant. It is located right in the center of Pec pod Snezkou. The atmosphere is beautiful, the wooden interior combined with large windows make this place interesting. Angel decorations are especially beautiful. The meal ia absolutely delicious, local Czech dishes delighted us....Thick mushroom soups, game stew ( Jeleni gulaš, Veprova lička, Krakonošuv kotlik....) they delighted us, excellent. Very, very good. Bravo for the chef. And of course for dessert blueberry cake and pancakes with blueberrie sauce and ice cream. Excellent. The staff is frendly comfortable and professional. Prices are more than acceptable.More
We have visited this restaurant twice. Service was very fast (the restaurant was quite empty). We tried 3 different pizzas and 2 were really tasty: quatro salame and provenzale. The garlic soup was very good. Pasta carbonnara was average..
As we visited few awful places in Pec pod Snezkou I was really happy to find this place. Food is pretty good here, they do speak English. Not sure but some people were complaining it’s pricey but I think it’s reasonable
Amazing tasting pizzas and food, by far the best in town. Primator Weizenbier beer is to dye for. Very friendly staff Dogs allowed Highly recommend reserving a table at is does get busy quick.
Really enjoyed sitting out the front with a G&T in the sun. Not sure if the lasagna was frozen as it seemed a little watery.. but it was tasty and I was hungry. And, I am not sure if it was the hunger or not,...but these guys have the best garlic pizza bread I have ever had! Would go back any chance I get. - If you go, make sure you try it.More
Great, profi, fast service I have ever seen in restaurants in Czech👍 Very nice cozy place in Pec pod Snezkou, best creamy garlic soup and nice veggie pasta, awesome tiramisu, great place to stay!!! Perfektni a profi super rychla obsluha, azneuveritelne na pomery v CR....Skvele misto na posezeni s prateli, uzasna kremiva cesnecka a skvele tiramisuMore
We were walking in the mountains so our visit was out with the normal ski season. We arrived around 7.40 pm which was fortunate as we were told last orders were at 8. Given it was out of season the place was reasonably quiet. The...food and service were okay, although by the time we finished our meal it was clear they were keen to close and had started tidying up, whilst we were not hurried out we we not encouraged to hang about.More
The Andel pizzeria is located near city center, right in front of ski bus stop. In winter season it seems to be overcrowded, because it is very hard to get a table there. We had to reserve a table for couple of days ahead. Every...other time when we tried to just hop in straight from the street, we have heard the question if we had a reservation and then we had to leave. It is pretty strange because when we have spent an evening there one time, three tables was free but Pizzeria employees was sending away next guests. I totally don’t get it. Tables are big and in previous years it was like you could to sit with some random people, there was no problem with joining someones table if there was lots of place. Now it looks like this that there are just two people sitting by a table and it is already full... Food itself isn’t cheap and its quality isn’t perfect. I would say that it is just OK, nothing great. Just standard quality and taste of pizza and other meals. You can try and eat there but don’t expect fireworks.More
The food s delicious, the ambience is cosy. I love this place to eat. Only make sure to make a table reservation!
