Our food came cold, and we asked if it could be possible to get it heated up. That was no problem of course but the way the situation was handled wasn’t professional or up to standards of a place that claims to be a 4,5...star hotel. Absolutely no apology and arrogant behaviour from the waiter. Too bad Saaga Bistro is the only restaurant open till later and customers don’t have other choice but that shouldn’t mean that customer service isn’t necessary.More

Restaurant has only 6 window tables an in the evening rush hours there were 3 empty ones. We 4 had a reservation and we didn't get window table. Just after us there was 2 person whiteout reserve and they did get the 4 person window...table. The food was just ok, one beef was rare fast we ask the well done. They only say that are sorry about it.More

I was trying to book a table for four (4) persons on 31st of December, 2017; yes I was on a phone queue for some time but nobody answered. Then I decided to call another restaurant and they answered right away so there we're going....My tip is, pay attention to your client service.More

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment/chalet. Pros The rooms were beautiful and lovely and clean and warm (sometimes too warm!) We had an amazing view of the mountainside with the trees and lots of snow. We loved the sauna. Beds were very comfortable. The...hotel was in a lovely setting next to a mountain, which was obviously used by skiing clientele aswell. Do get a cable car to the top on a clear day and go to the cafe, apparently it’s an amazing view but was very snowy when we went. The cafe is lovely though. Cons The apartments tv didn’t work properly so we couldn’t watch any tv. There were no complementary tea/coffee facilities which would have been welcomed as the shop was very expensive. The kitchenette had a dishwasher but we weren’t supplied with any dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid and we certainly weren’t going to pay a small fortune in the shop so we used shampoo to wash the dishes. If you were staying in a twin room you had free use of the spa, but if you’re in an apartment you have to pay? Bit unfair we thought. Food was pretty average, was edible but not much choice. If you’re visiting anywhere in Lapland if your not full board I would pack a few items of food as it’s generally expensive everywhere.More

Very good buffet if you are on the BB evening meal option. Apparently its expensive to eat if you are not on the deal. There was always a good selection of food and plenty of it. Waffles, chips, burgers etc.. for the kids. Good Salad...bar, plenty of coffee, juice, cereal, bread, toast, porridge, whatever you wanted really.More

The hotel is all about skiing, you ski out you ski in, it has a spa, it is dominated by the French but if you can get over that it's a very nice hotel, the village also has bars and restaurants that are great for...reindeer soup and other local cuisine which is delicious and pizzas and burgers if you wish, the scenery is to die for picture post card, we will be visiting in 2018 to finish the slopesMore

Saaga hotel very cosy and friendly. Didn't use the spa facilities as spare time was spent sledging. Could step outside hotel room patio door and go sledging with one of the hotel provided sledges. Snow quality for skiing was fabulous. Not the longest ski runs...or the most, but not a problem given that ski lift queues were 10 people at the busiest, and we were there in their busiest week! Fabulous holiday, with huskey sled rides and reindeer farm visit as well as the skiing.More
