L'Espurna is a family project. We are in favor of making things following natural rythms, and offering tasty, simple, local and ecological food (aprproximately 75% of the food we use is ecological and local everything that can be local). Our breads and other doughs are made with flour of old varieties of wheat and part of the wheat transormed into flour that we use is local.
