Having eaten here many times: consistently well cooked, very fresh fish, good presentation, relaxed rustic ambience. Popularity means likely waiting times at high demand meal times. Parking can be problematic.
I always like to do fish and chips when I’m in a seaside town.
This place didn’t disappoint.
Parking could be a bit hit and miss - the wharf is popular.
The food was great. The ambience is real Kiwi.

Raglan fish had been recommended to us. Ordered dinner over the phone, turned up 5-10 minutes before the time we were told and our dinner was already ready so getting cold. Small pieces of fish. Kumara fries a bit soggy.
