I visited this restaurant with my brother. They have very tasty salads and main dishes. But when we ordered big portion of “shahluk” we were disappointed. It was be very tough and we can not eat it at all. Very disappointed ;(

I think this is a misconception, as we don't have a "shahluk" in our menu.
I am looking forward to your answer as soon as possible, as it will help us to understand the situation.
We travelled to Gyumri with colleagues for half a day and on a way back stopped at the place as the driver recommended it. Hacatun offers seats as well as outdoors. We ordered salads, snacks and famous Doner they do. Food arrived in few minutes...More
The waitress would not make eye-contact as she passed our table multiple times while serving other diners. Several tables were served and paid while we waited for service. We had to actually approach her at another table for service and again to obtain our bill....More
