Turned up after seeing a sign for picking your own fruit earlier in the week. My younger sister really wanted to go our picking so we ventured up. On arrival we were told only red and black berries left now. So we left disappointed as the selection of picking was very scarce considering on the website they said they'd have... More

The fruit picking is fantastic with beautiful orchards, we picked redcurrants, blackcurrants, and strawberries. The farm shop has all sorts of local Cheshire produce. The range is quite wide and everything is high quality - from jams, to ice cream, to chutney to crisps. They also sell fresh bread and cakes. The cafe is great, a small menu but delicious... More

Visited for the second time following shopping trip to chester. Cafe was empty when we arrived so we took a seat and waited about ten minutes for someone to notice us. No one arrived to take our order so my husband went to counter was told to take a seat and someone would be with us shortly. Waitress duly arrived... More

Myself & my husband will never entertain meat produce from this place ever again. We bought Lamb slow cooked it & it was like chewing on rubber bands. Full of fat also. Chicken cusion, still feel sick thinking about it & the Christmas Turkey for last years dinner was like Bernard Mathews or something equally poor quality. They promote all... More

We have visited on several occasions where you can be tempted by a range of uncovered cakes and treats. The sponges can be quite dry and we would be more tempted to try other treats if they were just covered with clear cloches instead of being open to the air. We had some Welsh rarebit which was nice, but quite... More

Try this place for a quick bite to meet friends, relax, chill and taste locally sourced excellent nibbles. Avoid Saturday....and Sunday....its pandemonium

This is a high quality farm shop with an extensive choice of local and organic produce, good parking, excellent cafe with good outside seating and play area.

Nice food, well cooked - but why do we have to endure such rip off prices for basic things? It this was Nice or Paris we would be complaining but not here! Well presented décor, service decent.

We decided after driving past here so often to actually stop and go in. We had a wander around the shop and were impressed with what you can buy there before deciding that we really needed to try the food for ourselves. We ordered a sharing platter and oh my it was delightful. The staff were so lovely too and... More
