Local restaurant, they speak a little English. The menu is chalked up on a board and the tablecloth is paper. We went here 5 nights, seabass on 4 and steak on the other. Very cheap prices which included bread and olives, a drink and the...fish (9 euros) which was served with boiled potatoes and salad. We both had creme caramel and 2 coffees and the bill came to just over 19 euros for both!More

Not a lot to choose among, but the food was good, honest and oh my...so cheap we could hardly believe they had not made a mistake. Give it a try.

No menu, the waitress offered three fish and three meat dishes. The salmon steak was huge and tasty; however quite salty, which is not unusual in Portugal. The Lamb was amazing! The location is not posh at all, but we enjoyed being in a place...dominated by locals. The bill for two persons was 24 Euros including drinks - much better value for money than most other places around Faro.More

Great and really economical restaurant in Estoi, full of locals with a few visitors. Minimalist menu, and simple food. We had fish which was delicious. Meal comes with dessert - fruit salad or pudding! Amazing value. Try it.

No menus the staff just tell you what they have. Couldn't hear him properly because of the noise from the locals and the telly blaring. Food was chicken and swimming in greasy oily dressing with salad and chips. Couldn't eat it. Staff didn't even ask...why it wasn't eaten. Couple at the next table didn't eat theirs either. Cheap and nasty wouldn't recommend. OK for coffee or beer during the dayMore

This is a very unassuming bar and restaurant. It’s frequented by locals and tourists alike and because of the former, it retains its charm and laid back atmosphere. Dishes are simple yet freshly cooked and delicious, prices are so low for the quality of food,...it’s incredible. There’s plenty of seats indoors and outside at the terrace. Service is friendly but not rushed, they take their time so be prepared to enjoy a drink for a while before the rest of order is taken. It’s a pet- friendly restaurant, neighbours often pop in with their dogs.More
