The food, that arrived in stages, was beautifully presented & tasty. The wine ordered to accompany it never arrived. Clearly an eatery that has a great chef (in a kitchen that is hopefully cleaner than the dining area) and much potential, but nobody to manage...More

Not like you have another choice for lunch in the area, so this is it. What should be an amazing seafood restaurant is basically a greasy serving of good seafood. Very little options for kids if they don't want seafood, and the desserts are like...More

Excellent seafood lunch at Two Oceans. Great service from Jack and colleagues. Best tables are on the balcony with unforgetable views. Do the walk from Cape to Cape before lunch.

Life can really be good. I my honest opinion this was be far the best lunch I have had in years! Everything was great, the table, the view, the service, the wine and last but not least, the food. I can really recommend the oysters;...More

So here in the middle of nowhere you actually find a very good restaurant. Seating is a bit chaotic but when you get a seat you find top seafood, breathing view, friendly service and very fair wine prices... what's not to like...

What can one say ... but "million dollar views"!! Even though it was a Thursday when we dined there, it was extremely busy. My advice is to definitely book beforehand, especially if you want a table by the window (which we were fortunate to snare)....More

Not the cheapest place to eat in Cape Town with the platter shared below costing R1200. But. There was plenty for three to enjoy and the Argentinian prawns were lovely. Great views of the coastline as you eat. Pity it wasn't a bit warmer and...More

Description
The Two Oceans Restaurant, opened its doors in December 1995, and is an integral part of the development at Cape Point, which is now part of the newly proclaimed Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park. There is much here for visitors: from excellent dining and browsing through the curio shop, to witnessing the crashing waves where two oceans do battle near the tip of Africa. Set into the cliffs high above the south-western most tip of the Cape Peninsula, the Two Oceans Restaurant has a spectacular view over False Bay and comfortably seats some 300 guests. The innovative design of the restaurant ensures that all guests are able to enjoy the stunning views of this unique location – a view that is unrivalled and world renowned.Of course, you can also enjoy some of the Western Cape’s most magnificent wines when you dine at the Two Oceans Restaurant. The restaurants extensive outdoor deck presents plenty of opportunity for an incredible breakfast as well, or to catch some sun before taking the Flying Dutchman funicular up to the lighthouse, saving your energy for a walk down to one of the many beaches in the reserve. Our team of chefs meticulously prepare the comprehensive menu. The restaurant’s elegant fare is served in a relaxed manner, and can be enjoyed on our deck, or in the restaurant itself. Fresh seafood is our specialty, especially our world famous Two Oceans Restaurant Seafood Platter. We also cater for vegetarians, meat & salad lovers, and the younger ones.
