Had lunch at this restaurant after all the site seeing. Very decent menu and wine list. We sat at a table outside where the view was incredible. Waitor was very nice and professional. Price tag for 2 people with 2 glasses of white wine: $46

This was our second time to this restaurant and we are always amazed at the quality of food and service for a tourist facility. The views and surroundings are wonderful and if you are looking for a quick bite or a more involved lunch I would highly recommend the Two Oceans.

Great atmosphere dining in the mist, during our meal the sun broke the fog. To find yourself suspended in midair. The food delicious and to believe all the food arrives to this very remote place. The super fish platter could make anyone cry. Delicious and great variety of fish. I really enjoyed the journey to get to this great restaurant

This is a great location and the food was really delicious: a green soup and a starter calamari salad...the salad was particularly good. I was at the end of lunch, so perhaps they were a bit tired, but being alone (the invisible middle-aged lady!), I was left for 15 minutes before I went to the maitre d' to beg for... More

We actually didn't think the food would be this good. It was divine! I'd even say really close to fine dining. Both our starters and main dishes we amazing! So many different tastes, and also just how the fish was presented. Very, very nice! We were even an hour late for our reservation, but we were still greeted friendly and... More

The food was excellent and the assistance provided by Jack in complementing the wine to the courses I had, made it even better. Great value for money, a great view and very helpful staff.

Getting to the restaurant was difficult as there were so many people and vehicles queuing to get into the park and then the parking place at The cape of Good Hope.We went on a weekday too - goodness only knows what it would have been like during a weekend in the height of the season. The place was rammed and... More

We were very impressed with the view on the False bay, hospitality of the personnel and the highest quality of food. We would highly recommend fish of the day (coming very fresh and naturally grilled), oysters (very funny, they taste a bit more sweetly compared to French ones), fish tartar, Japanese menu. Selection of wines is very good and waiters... More

The Two Oceans Restaurant, opened its doors in December 1995, and is an integral part of the development at Cape Point, which is now part of the newly proclaimed Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park. There is much here for visitors: from excellent dining and browsing through the curio shop, to witnessing the crashing waves where two oceans do battle near the tip of Africa. Set into the cliffs high above the south-western most tip of the Cape Peninsula, the Two Oceans Restaurant has a spectacular view over False Bay and comfortably seats some 350 guests. The innovative design of the restaurant ensures that all guests are able to enjoy the stunning views of this unique location – a view that is unrivalled and world renowned.Of course, you can also enjoy some of the Western Cape’s most magnificent wines when you dine at the Two Oceans Restaurant. The restaurants extensive outdoor deck presents plenty of opportunity for an incredible breakfast as well, or to catch some sun before taking the Flying Dutchman funicular up to the lighthouse, saving your energy for a walk down to one of the many beaches in the reserve. Our team of chefs meticulously prepare the comprehensive menu. The restaurant’s elegant fare is served in a relaxed manner, and can be enjoyed on our deck, or in the restaurant itself. Fresh seafood and sushi are the specialties, especially our world famous Two Oceans Restaurant Seafood Platter. We also cater for vegetarians, meat & salad lovers, and the younger ones.
