Terrible customer experience. When we arrived everything seemed ok. However, everything got slowly worse. Our waiter was slow and the table near us walked out because they revived the wrong food and were ignored. We waited for our food and when the order arrived after...30mins for sandwiches... the order was wrong. The food was ok. No plates or glasses were being collected from tables. We almost walked out and to be honest I regret staying.More

We ate here every lunch time for a week in May, my children didn’t want to go anywhere else and we loved it too! The waiters all spoke English and were very friendly, the food was excellent. Our children could play on the beach while...we relaxed and listened to the music.More

We were in this place for the second time. First time the food and atmosphere was nice. Today we ordered 2 tuna salads and other things. We waited approx 20 minutes and the waiter brought food for three of us and exused that second tuna...salad will take 5 minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting he brought a wrong salad. I told that I ordered another salad. The waiter said “this is Tuna salad”. I showed him a tuna salad that he brought 10 minutes ago. He said no no this is tuna salad. The right tuna salad was with olive oil but i got a salad with sourcream. Then the waiter took the salad back to the kitchen. After a long wait he brought a salad were there was a roasted tuna and a salad below. I started to eat it and noticed that there was the same salad as before, the one with sourcream. I am lactose intolerant. As I started to eat it I coudn’t send it back. I told the waiter that this is a wrong salad but he didn’t do anything. We had spent a lot of time there and wanted to leave already. I ordered the bill and said that i got a wrong salad and i couldnt eat it beacause of sourcream. Waiter said he coudn’t do anything. That the kitchen gave this salat and the boss said this is a right salat etc. I had to pay for this saad. I do not reccomend this place, unless you like surprises and long wait and then arguing with a waiter.More
