We went on a Sunday. All of the dishes we ordered were excellent. We have been here before. They did have a bad fire and were closed for some time. We wondered if it may have changed - it has not! Very friendly/helpful staff.

The nearest hotels are Georgian House, A6 Blackrod - it may now be Mercure or similar, Premier Inn Beehive Roundabout, or Middlebrook. Others have commented on B and Bs. You ight try Air BnB
