Food, juice and coffee good, the service was slow. Waited ages for our breakfast and juice finished that and had to wait an age before asking where the coffee had got to. The young man serving us was very polite.

This is a nice place to hang out in Chachapoyas. The breakfasts are good, coffee very good, they have some good microbrewed beers. The pasta, however, was at best mediocre.

One of the few places we found to get a beer in central chachapoyas. The ambience is nice, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it popular with backpackers. We went back for breakfast the following day (also difficult to find breakfast early in the morning in chachapoyas), the breakfast menu isn't very exciting to say the least, however these are the... We ate there a couple of times, because the restaurant was close to our hostel. The food was not impressive though. Breakfast was recommended in Lonely Planet, which I don't get. Portions were small and the bread was bad and sugary - and definetly not freshly baked as they claimed in the menu. Luckily coffee and juices were lovely, and... More

I first fell in love with this place when I saw lots of veggie options on the menu, which isn't common in this area. We've eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, and highly recommend them all. AND, the Pisco Sours are the best!

I visited several cafes in Chachapoyas, this is the best in terms of location, ambience. Other than that, coffee is avarage, apple pie was good, internet is very very slow like everywhere else in Chacha. They have guide books to read and have both tables to work or couches to relax. It is located at the main plaza opposite side... More

Cafe seemed okay upon arrival, nice location and varied menu. However the sandwiches were far from good - hardly any filling and awfully dry bread. The saving grace was the apple tea.

A really cool and nice coffeeshop near the main square of chacha. We ate always breakfast there which was delicious all the time. Thank you!

Visited this cafe several times during our last trip to Chachapoyas. They offer a small selection of meals plus the daily "Menu". Many products are organic and there are vegetarian options as well. Had a great cup of coffee too! The café is centrally located on Chachapoyas' Plaza de Armas and has a small library/book exchange as well. Worth a... More

Welcome to Café Fusiones!... a place that initially emerged as an idea in November 2008, we wanted to create a space in which people enjoy and encounter the flavour, aroma, beauty and quality of the organic products which are offered in our region – Amazonas. In April 2009, we opened our doors in order to offer you an extensive menu with a fusion of flavours based on regional organic products, following the principles of ‘slow food’ (as opposed to fast food), guaranteeing good, fair food, with tasty ingredients, produced without damaging the environment, wildlife or our own health; and always ensuring a fair and just price is paid to the producers. For this reason, we work directly with community organizations and private businesses, such as the Cooperativa Agraria Rodríguez de Mendoza with their flagship product Bio Café, the Asociación de Productores Santa Rosa who provide us with our organic natural sugar, La Chetina, with its milk based products and jams made from local fruits, the Asociación de Mujeres Artesanas de Leymebamba, with their artisan textiles and Artesanía Huamán, with their work in wood. We sell all of their products in our Fair Trade shop. In café Fusiones we support and promote fair trade and in addition to buying our region´s organic food products we also take account of the fine work of local carpenters, potters, weaver and other artisans, because we trust and value their work and we are proud to show the art that they have created with their hands.
