Let's be clear on one point: I'm Italian. There are many Italian restaurants in this area (and in Paris) but the truth is that they are not Italian at all and they'll try to sell you a cardboard pizza with yellow cheese on top that...you'll take at least a couple of days to digest. Not the case of Villa Lidia. Pizza there is good, they use mozzarella, and it's Italian. Thank God.More

The only fault is that they are always full and don't open earlier! We love this place, it's authentic, good prices, great italian food, and good atmosphere and service. We try to eat lunch here every other weekend.

The service is great and with a smile, the food is fantastic, the wine is very great and the decor is absolutely fantastic. We discovered the restaurant recently and have been back 3 times in the past 10 days!

Good quality food /prices in nice spacious but cosy café ambiance... used to have two very nice and original italien guys maitre d' and head waiter both charming spoke to us in italien ! I recently had lunch at Villa Lidia and it was great! The pasta that I had was absolutely delicious! The restaurant is darling and gives a cozy feel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem you may have is parking. There is a...lot behind it but if it is full, you may need to search a little bit. I will definitely go back!!More

We've been three times in a short space of time since we live close by. The first time I went, I had the best pasta I'd ever had outside of Italy. The ambience is wonderful - eclectic, cosy, chic all in one. The chef and...waiters are all Italian, very friendly and accommodating. I went for lunch one Sunday and they put a candle in my dessert and sang Happy Birthday when I mentioned it was my birthday . A nice friendly touch.More

It's now the third time that we enjoyed a lovely dinner at this place. Our daughters do their weekly horse riding at Haras de Jardy nearby, and we have made it a custom to occasionally drop into Villa Lidia for a family dinner. The staff...is very friendly and accomodating, the atmosphere is welcoming and the restaurant feels like a dining room at a good friend's home. The food ranges from great pizzas to sophisticated beef and fish dishes. Starters and deserts are great as well, not to mention the wine. It's just a great and very family-friendly place.More
