We stayed only 2 nights in Primošten and ate here in the first evening, as the host of our accomodation is the owner of this restaurant. She arranged a table for us spontaneously. Great place, great service, amazing food! Very professional!
I visited here for lunch with my family. First I want to say that we were hard pressed to find a restaurant serving dishes that go outside the typical range of french fries, minced meat, grilled calamari, or fried fish with "mangold dalmatino" as most...of the top rated restaurants that serve lunch in Primošten offer just that - a typical menu seen a thousand times over.
Restaurant Mediteran was just the type of establishment we were looking for - a place run by a chef that treats his menu and his guests with respect. There is a variety of interesting dishes, from appetizers to main courses that are all prepared with skill and care. You can choose between fish or meat menus and from what I've see, you can't go wrong. Definitely recommended.
One thing I would advise the owner is to work on their selection of beer. While wine goes great with fish, there are people that prefer having beer with their meat so a few local crafts (Bura, Zmajska, Garden, etc.) would look good on the menu.More
Visited the restaurant in first day in town based on a recommendation - and it was totally worth it. Nice location in a courtyard in the old town. Perfectly delicious food, lovely arranged. Service attentive. Anytime we would be in Primošten we would visit Mediteran...again! Clear recommendation!More
