Inability to cook a good steak is a sin in itself from a restaurant. But asking for a medium cook and getting prqctically overcooked pork chops is straight out outrageous! I won’t eat here again, and don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s a tiny...bit interested in at least acceptable quality food. The veggies were rubbish, and the potato was barely acceptable.More

Simply my favourite when I visit my hometown. The best Hungarian cuisine combined with perfect hospitality. There is no other restaurant around what makes me feel like home. The family, who runs the place is caring about the guests and serves high quality. I am...every single time impressed. Thank you!More

Beautiful family restaurant with very friendly staff and excellent Hungarian style dishes. Probably the best lunch we had on our trip through Hungary. The prices are very reasonable. The patio was wonderfully covered with grapes that provided shade and gave the restaurant a pleasant vibe....The highlight, however, must have been the desert - it was called "turosgomboc" I believe and was the most wonderful and light dessert we tried in a long time! Can only recommend!More

One of my best experiences. Nice personnel, excellent food and reasonable prices. We sat in the garden so I don’t have any information about the interior but everything was clean.

Katica Restaurant is a well frequented, cosy place on the shore of lake Balaton in Badacsony. The place is owned by a family, the stuff and the service is very nice. The food is literally in front of you within seconds and prices are frendly...too. You can choose between the indoor and terrace tables and bring your children with you if you like. Higly recommended place if you want to spend a lovely meal with your family or friends.More
