The best part of the meal were the amazingly interesting amuses bouches. But... that shouldn't...More

The pros : very good service, not too formal despite being a classical restaurant. Very good food with well priced menus. Excellent wine recommendation by the sommelier. The cons : we would have appreciated a better presentation/explanation of the dishes and their preparation when they...More

I come here once a year, sometime twice a year since decades, with my parents, with my wife, with my friends, with my kids, also as they were young. It is always a great pleasure to re-discover classical dishes you had - sole aux cepes,...More

Entree of Lamb sweetbreads with white asparagus was delicious. Milk fed lamb as a main course was superb and for desert I chose Grand Marnier sweetbreads. Service was faultless & it is clear why the Coussau family have such a great reputation.
