Everything about the restaurant signals excellence: the exquisite dining room, cutlery, service. But the most important element--the cuisine--was disappointing, especially considering the 100+ euro bill for lunch (for one person). The best part of the meal were the amazingly interesting amuses bouches. But... that shouldn't...More
The pros : very good service, not too formal despite being a classical restaurant. Very good food with well priced menus. Excellent wine recommendation by the sommelier.

Entree of Lamb sweetbreads with white asparagus was delicious. Milk fed lamb as a main course was superb and for desert I chose Grand Marnier sweetbreads. Service was faultless & it is clear why the Coussau family have such a great reputation.
