Authentic Austrian cuisine featuring local ingredients and classic dishes done in true Austrian style. The Weiner Schnitzel, for example, is pan fried in butter instead of deep fried in oil. Delicious. The local stream trout was delicious. Dumplings were beautifully presented. Salad greens were fresh and perfectly drizzled with house dressing. The decor is perfect for the mountain top setting.... More

We have eaten here several times over the past 3 years and we always find the food to be well prepared and the staff very friendly.

I don't normally eat at restaurants more than once when I am staying somewhere as I like to experience as much as a place has to offer but as we are here for a few weeks I made an exception for the Ropferstub'm as we had such a nice meal and good time and now we have been 4 times.... More

We have been there for "toerggelen" which is a traditional menu served from september to november. It consists of several local dishes. Usually you go there in a group to enjoy the evening.

Hidden away in the woods-right out of a fairytale. Great food, very friendly. Beautiful view. Accommodated my family with a gorgeous meal right at closing time.

We stayed at the apartments next door for the weekend and decided to eat at the Ropferstub’m. Great locally sourced ingredients are supported by a small but excellent wine list. We had the dry-aged beef and the wild boar, both were exceptional.

The Ropferstubm serves excellent Austrian / Tyrolean food at a reasonable cost. In additional, there is a small (free) museum above the restaurant that is worth seeing. The restaurant is situated on the red B5 cross country ski track and on the green 27 hiking route. There is outdoor seating and, during the summer, a children’s adventure play area.

Landed up here for an unplanned but very welcome morning coffee break after descending on some treacherous iced up loipe coming down from InterAlpen hotel. It had rained overnight and then frozen and lopie was unusable except for experts. We were made most welcome and wished we could have stopped for lunch but we had to press on down to... More

We stopped here for lunch whilst touring the area on an electric bike from seefeld. Its one of the places that keep spare batteries for the bikes. The views are wonderful and the menu surprisingly interesting. We liked it so much we wen back for dinner and once again found it delightful. Food and service were very good. They have... More

We stayed at the Interalpen hotel; one two evenings there was an option for a torchlight walk (in the snow) to Ropferhof. At the Ropferhof we had Gluvine (to warm us up) followed by clear pancake soup; two racks of rib with garlic bread and a desert – the food was all good albeit a bit rustic after the fine... More
