We'd had a disappointing trip up to the cable car to get to the top of the Picos de Europa to find it closed for repairs, and so were pretty grumpy by the time we got back to Potes for lunch. To say we were ready to be disappointed would be an understatement. Thankfully, the Casa de Coya lived up... More

Nice food, nothing espectacular just all right. Staff is friendly and speaks English. As start I order some Croquetas de Jamon and I'm not sure if it was homemade. As a main I order Lamb chops, it was good. No complains at all. Good value for the money but it was the most tourist standard restaurant in the area. I... More

Met Spanish friends there for leisurely lunch. I had mixed vegetables, but like all Spanish restaurants, even the veggie dishes seem to come with meat! I didn't mind too much but some might. Husband had beef stew and with still a couple of mouthfuls left the plate was whipped away from under his nose! Thankfully he was already pretty full.... More

Excellent service in a very busy restaurant. Though there are cheaper places to eat nearby, this restaurant is full of locals. Breakfast very good, with excellent choice. Don't miss the tortilla.

All the food looked good and generous helpings. The lemon tart was delicious and the vino de casa was good too

Excellent food and very good service but rather rushed as there was only one waitress to 30+ diners which rather spoilt the evening. Unfortunately won't return as, for us, there is more to a dining experience than just the food. Ambiance plays a part too.

Superb food and service Views over the river. Restaurant is through the bar. If we are ever in Potes again I would eat here without checking out any other restaurants - it was that good.

We came here for a meal while visiting family. This is one of their favourite restaurants and its easy to see why. The food was incredible, the service was exceptional, it was the best meal of the holiday.
