I have been here a few times now and have been very impressed! Staff are friendly and service is efficient. I think what makes this place special are the facilities - there is a lovely little garden to sit in outside if the weather is nice. Chickens and rabbits for little ones to look at and plenty of room to... More

Hair found on chips and mouldy grapes! No offer of discount on bill. Very disappointed Too much on menu so this may affect quality.

Vistited on more than one occasion and on each of these we were greeted by ver pleasant, friendly staff. Very prompt on taking orders and delivering food and drinks. Food choices were very good and desserts were delicious. Will certainly be making more visits. Altogether a very pleasing dining experience. Many thanks to all the staff.

Plenty of meat, I chose beef which was lovely. Mashed and roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips and cauliflower and broccoli with a huge Yorkshire Pud. Overall was very good only thing that let the Neal down were the desserts. Over priced and not that great to be honest. Meals about a tenner but good quality.

What a beautiful location and what a lovely pub. This is our new local and I cannot wait to come back. We had booked for 8 people and had a great table. The service was spot on the staff friendly and full of smiles. I had the fish and chips and it was some of the best fish and chips... More

My family recommended this place and we went on a Saturday, the surrounding's are lovely. There were 7 in my party inc a toddler. But it was all a bit poor... One persons food was served too cold, my son and I had steak and ribs which was served without the side order... I didn't notice until we had nearly... More

I have been to eat here a number of times and the experience has been mixed. A few years ago the food was predictably good with a large menu. More recently the food has been very hit and miss and the price has increased significantly. The prices are far too high for what you actually get. Very poor value for... More

We were here a couple of years ago - when the prices were less! Knowing how busy it can get we arrived at 12 and had no problem ordering or getting drinks. The bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. We knew about the portion sizes and although our very hungry grandson wanted a "medium" plate we managed to hoodwink... More
