Hello, I am sorry but I am not involved with the restaurant. I just wrote a review because I had eaten there. It is a very small family run place so I don't think they take people on. But you might be more successful writing to the bigger restaurants in Coral Bay, Paphos, Cyprus. 'The Serianni' or 'The Samisen Japanese Restaurant,' or 'Neo's' or some other ones.
I hope you are successful.
