I can only say how disappointed we were to have viewed what we believe is bad practice when it comes to basic food hygiene. The taller of the two young men behind the bar is the one that I refer to. He may have been very loving with the child but it is known that all children can carry infections and therefore you must wash your hands before handling food and drinks which he clearly did not. Also I noted that when he picked up a glass it was from the top again this is not suitable, you should pick a glass up from as low as possible down its stem. I have Grandchildren and have been involved with the catering industry and feel it not correct to have babies in arms being carried around a catering establishment. I stand by what I observed in that the staff looked shabby and need proper clean uniform. Thank you and I wish you well, remember first impressions count.
