Been visiting for over 23 years, went last august, then this july and since last year have totally refitted the place, would not recognise it. I expected prices to have increased but happy to see this was not the case. Excellent Peri Peri and other dishes too, something for all, excellent for family, large groups or couples, worth driving too.... More

We remember this place from years ago. It has had a bright face lift, but still attracts the locals, which is a sign of quality. The food is typical of the local cuisine, although the tuna "Algarve style" was exceptional. Service was v attentive and the wine selection was good.

Visited this restaurant (or should I say cafeteria) in the past and the food was good. Money had obviously been spent to upgrade it but it took away the authenticty of the place and the man dressed as a chicken outside was annoying. The food was OK not as good as last time. Did not return.

We have been here so many times over the last 9 years and have never had a bad meal. The staff are very friendly. Great selection of food, beer and wine, very popular with the locals too so must be good, my wife says it's the best piri piri in Guia.

went here because it was close to where we was staying and therefore everyone could drink. Food was average, i ordered a stake well done which came 10 minutes before my partners dish (pork), so a bit strange. Also slightly more expensive compared to other restaurants in the area.

This restaurant is along one on the back streets of the main square. For an extra 2 minute walk we got excellent food at half the price compared to resturant's located within the main Albuferia square area. €13 for a delicious T-bone steak and from memory I think that was the most expensive item on the menu!

Guia is a place known for its churrasco chicken. And someone suggested this place as one of the best. So all hopes were up for a good meal. On entering, the place has a canteen feel with strip lighting effect. But who cares if the grub is good? Alas their Piri Piri chicken was a large plate of salty, greasy... More

After living 1.5 years in the Algarve we have had a lot of piri piri chicken. And we, together with many family members who come for a visit, can clearly state that this is the best one we have found so far. Once we even bought both the Ramirez and O Vieira for take away. And although Ramirez has great... More

We frequently eat in this large clean piri piri resturant. The chicken is great tasty and fresh. Served along with tomato salad and chips. My husband enjoys the Argentinian steak which is massive and nicely served from the BBQ. Staff and service has always been first class. Great for a casual dining experience with the locals.
