Good service with expensive dishes and average quality food. Advantageous location with good views of the port.

We enjoyed our food and location on the evening of our wedding anniversary 2nd July 34 years ! One of our favourites for an exceptional evening ! Thank you 🇬🇷❤️👍
This restaurant is busy in the evenings and popular with locals and tourists alike. The reason for this is their excellent menu and the food that is presented. There is a good range of fish and seafood on offer, plus bbq meats such as lamb...or pork chops. I ordered the lamb for €14 and wasn’t disappointed- 4 chops, fries and some salad. The table next to us had ordered the seafood platter and we had instant food envy! The service was good, considering how busy they were. Drinks are less expensive here than other places also.More
We had a perfect evening here at the table next to the sea shore. A wonderful setting and fabulous service despite the staff having to go up and down ladders to get to us. We had a variety of dietary requirements including gluten free, vegan...and vegetarian. The food was lovely and the ambience was perfect. Highly recommendMore
it seems that is a very popular restaurant in skiathos the waiting line is always very long. although the food is good the service is not the greatest because of the big number of clients.
Amazing food . We ate the seafood risotto and sardeles on the grill, fava and village salad. The service was excellent . Amazing view - by the water. Definitely visiting again .
Unfortunately i find this superb restaurant on my last day of my trip, but if i return to Skiathos, definitely will be the first restaurant to visit. Really good service, friendly staf, good prices!! and the best fish soup i eat ever.
As a fisherman I feel I’m able to give this restaurant as very honest review and I can tell you the fish is fresh and the quality is second to none! This is the best restaurant on the island! The family that run it are...friendly and always make you feel welcome. I recommend the fish platter for 2 amazing valve at €55 you can’t go wrong. My mum loves the chicken from the oven and the oven potatoes. Can’t wait to go back ‘we go every year’More
The food was excellent and the restaurant is on a patio at the seaside! Wonderful feeling of the sea!
Loved this place. Great service headed up by Costas the owner and Nikos running front of house. Agrogiali is located about a 10 minute walk from the main port are in a bay that is next to where the yachts are moored. The restaurant is...on one side of a small road and has a large deck the other side of the road with lovely views across the water. Great traditional greek dishes and thought the mousaka was a stand out. Really good service and after our first night there we were talking about where to go for for a baklava and metaxa when Nikos turns up and announces baklava and a carafe of greek liqueur on the house, both were great and much appreciated. Not sure what the liquor was but tasted of turkish delight or perhaps greek delight and loved it. Great fun restaurant and very busy - we went twice whilst we were in Skiathos and loved it.More
Very good food. Original recipes, nice view. Friendly service. Original taste Strongly recommended. Nice moment before flying back home
Came for an evening meal. Ordered steamed mussels and Greek cheese pie for appetiser. For main ordered shrimp spaghetti and lamb kleftiko. All food delicious and flavourful. All dishes cooked to perfection and large portions. Beautiful place and ambiance to eat at right on the...waterfront. Busy but well looked after. Would definitely recommend and visit again!More
No nonsense taverna offering good food at a reasonable price. Service is good and pretty quick by Greek standards. Lovely setting by the waters edge and great for “plane watching as the come into land at Skiathos airport.
In search of the best traditional fish restaurant we had a couple of recommendations for Akrogiali and it certainly didn't disappoint. We treated ourselves to a large 1.6kg seabream to share which was amazing and perfectly cooked. Also had octopus and calamari which were great....We booked ahead to get a waterfront table which was a good call. A really lovely setting for a cracking meal. Forget the waterfront restaurants around the old port. Walk further round to this strip for much better, 'proper' Greek restaurants of which this is probably the pick!More
Food was great, we had fish which was very nice. Location right by the water, service was just ok. Book in advance as it gets quite busy.
