Nice enough food, terrible service. Don’t think the the guy who served us smiled once or said a word. It was nice and buzzy and the atmosphere and surroundings are lovely however, right on the beach. For lunch it was fine, huge salads looked amazing,...we opted for chicken club and burger, both decent. Really hard to catch anyone’s attention for service and when we did they acted like they were doing us a favour. Slow too. Wasn’t even that busy. Such a shame as Skíathos is such a friendly place there are much warmer places we’d rather give our custom to.More

very good food, refined and beautifully arranged on a plate. Good service. Decent prices, average prices on the island. Located on the seafront, beautiful atmosphere. Elegant restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding. It is a little bit pricey but the quality of the food and the combinations of flavors is so amazing that it makes it totally worth every penny. We had the cheese balls, Porto paradiso salad, Peru salad...and the Greek pasta with chicken mushrooms and truffle oil. The restaurant is right at the beach, it is very beautiful. Totally recommend it.More

Was pleasantly surprised. The spreads were tasty, we had a nice quinoa salad with veggies. The fish was delicious, everything with a ‘twist’ and well presented. Will go back.

I meant to post this back in August, reading others reviews I was flabbergasted at the negativity for Porto Paradiso. We've been coming here for 10 years and it's fair to say it's offer was jaded a few years back, but visiting this year has...affirmed it's one of the coolest, well placed beaches coupled with a top restaurant on Skiathos. Accept it is 34 degrees, you're on holiday, lunch is meant to take time, there's no rush! The menu is reinvigorated, more staff than we've ever seen, speedier service (quite impressive given they serve 200+ covers?), the best views, especially at sun-downer time. Yes it's busy (because of all of the above) and yes sunbeds are 10 Euros for two. But price has its exclusivity. If you think it's expensive then its not the place for you. If you want a great lunch, cool vibe and fantastic views, it's worth the money. Well done Paradiso, we'll be back.More

Ate here three times, each time food and service excellent. Free WiFi, which was a godsend while Thomas Cook were going belly up. Usual mix of Greek standards and 'internationalised' food, all well prepared and in large portions. Why does everything come with chips? Pleanty...of shade, all overlooking the wide, but shallow (front to back) fine sandy beach. Good for people watching while your food is coming.More

We ate here several times. The food was good and we didn't have to wait much. We liked the most beef and aubergines in the oven.

A jack Daniels and coke, and a white wine €18!! Separately we bought A tuna salad, which is basically a bowl of a full lettuce and a small amount of mayo and half a tin of tuna. Service to make you feel uncomfortable and no...explanation of why a jack and coke & a glass of wine costs €18?! Nobody needs that on a holiday....avoid.More

Go have a drink at the great beachside bar, but don’t make the mistake of eating at the restaurant. A godfather type of owner lounges at his cash machine above the tables, watching bored how people come and order expecting a decent meal from the...pricey menus only to get a mediocre food and service. I ordered the 15 euro main dish of “grilled octopus”, only to get a dry minuscule tentacle - at best a starter in real life. Rest of the meals we got were too far from the price they charge, boring and tasteless - basically you pay for the views. A bunch of waiters being nice when you arrive, only to not give a toss about you after you ordered. Better go spend your holiday money at a place where they ask you at the end if you enjoyed your meal.More
