Stopped in for the most southerly pint in Ireland on our way round the coast. Lovely place and great staff. Just had some food and drinks and then hit the road again. Looks like a place that would be great craic all day and night. Would love to visit again

I was advised that if you travelling to the Mizen Head to take the slight detour to O'Sullivan's Bar in Crookhaven. Great advice indeed- their open sandwiches of prawn and crab are worth the visit. I will be returning again.

Immediately impressed by the warm welcome and service. There is a small, seafood focused menu on offer along with some good options of draught beer. They accommodated two special request food orders with zero hassle and the food came quickly (4 dishes in total). All the seafood is fresh (caught the same day?) but unfortunately the seasonal shrimp basket was... More

What a delight being recommend this amazing place. We were recommended this pub by the local tourist information center not 5oo far away in another town near Mazen Head, and it sure did not disappoint. We arrived there for a match day, Ireland VS France in the European Cup. The atmosphere in the bar was electric, I think all 100... More

What a lovely spot by the sea. Our seafood chowder was amazing and the last time I tasted anything similar was in San Francisco along the pier.

Get an open crab sandwich and a pint of Murphys and relax watching the boats on the water. Great! Old fashioned Irish charm with good service. Never hurry a man pouring a pint of Murphys!

I stopped off here on my way back from Mizen Head and I'm delighted I did. It was the June bank holiday Sunday and it was very busy. I got a seat inside the door looking out the window and it was like looking at a painting. I got seafood chowder €5.95 and a black coffee €1.50 Both were great,... More

They serve delicious sandwiches and deserts, go all out on a Hendrick's G&T and even put the tennis on for you! All in a beautiful setting. I love, love, love this place!

Been here several times always made very welcome. Full of memorability with pictures and history. Limited food sandwiches and soup - crab sandwich to die for. Lovely village at the very edge of Ireland. A must for me every time I visit the country.
