Our family, a party of 6, had a late lunch after an exhausting hike to Irottko"-peak. We were very satisfied with both the service and the food. Did not have to wait long. Definitely recommended!

The restaurant is on the hillside between strips of wineyards in a unique spot. The ambience is welcoming, the service was fast and professional, and our meals tasted really good. Tender beef goulash, perfect venison roast (maybe with a bit too much sweet cranberry sauce),...and something that is really rare these times: traditional side dishes like potato fritters and potato dumplings in Hungarian-style. A five-start experience in the borderlands, with fair pricing. Absolutely recommended.More

We were here for one week. We were eight and everyone is full at the end of the eating. A lot of food even left over. The view is amazing. It was 24000 HUF or 71 €.

We have been a couple of times already here, in most cases we had reservations. Even so if you would like to eat at regular meal time then you will have to wait a lot, sometimes even for your reserved table, but for the food...certainly. Which is ironic because after you receive you will get a delicious huge plate of authentic Hungarian meal prepared and served just like it should. The view is beautiful if you can get a table outside. The staff works really hard and they are friendly. Also if you arrive and find a spot to park your car to, don’t even hesitate, just park it. If you are from outside of Hungary and you would like to have a goulasch, please order a “porkolt” (goulasch is a soup). :)More

I’ve been a number of times over the years and the food is always great. Goulash is the best I’ve tasted. Main meal portion sizes are huge but I understand it’s not unusual to ask to take home any of your food that you were...unable to eat while in the restaurant. English menu for non-Hungarian speakers. Highly recommended.More

The food here is amazing and huge huge portions. Typical local cuisine very quick and friendly service. Rural place with stunning views and the place is mostly packed. Also really cheap to this great quality.

Service was bit of a disappointment, they forgot our order I had to ask the waiter to check it after waiting (and starving) almost an hour. They didn't really handle the situation appropriately. The food was nice and a quite big portion, however it wasn't...very hot. Price range is reasonable.More

Simple, but good quality local cuisine, immense portions, more than reasonable prices, scenic location. Highly recommended.
