After coming from SAPA our tour guide brought us directly to this restaurant. The service is nice and the food ok. We had basic pizza and pancake. After reading TA, this looked like a safe way to go for our family.

Obviously many tour groups drop off here to wait for the night train where they offer air conditioning and no great pressure to buy much food or drink. We did buy food, average and over priced. Not sure what else was available but it's close to train station but food quality and price isn't great

Avoid going here at all costs. The food is microwaved. For the price this is not acceptable. They buy their food in the frozen section of the supermarket. In addition, their coffee was the worst I have had in Vietnam. Spend your money elsewhere please.

We came here while waiting for our train to Ha Noi and ordered, what looked like on the menu, a juicy, double patty, American bacon cheeseburger and a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was ok for being in Vietnam. The Cheesburger on the other hand came with a very small bun and a patty half the size of a single patty... More

I'm going to be out of step with other reviews in saying I liked the food at Viet Emotion. I had a pretty good Margarita as I whiled away a couple hours waiting for the train. I had the pasta Sorrentina which was surprisingly good, you ever expect Vietnamese restaurants to be brilliant at western food, but I enjoyed it.... More

Nowhere near as good as the Sapa Viet Emotion. Food was very expensive for what it was and standard prices for the area, and it was however near as tasty as the one in Sapa. Shame really.

We went in the restaurant they have in Sapa and enjoyed so much their food, that we tried it there too. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The room is not so beautiful than in Sapa, very neutral and looks like an ordinary restaurant, with music loud (and usually only for elevator). We had few time so we preferred to... More

We had a long lunch and stay waiting for the train back to Ha Noi. The staff held our bags for us, which is very helpful. The location is close to the train station on a block with at least 10 other restaurants, mainly catering to tourists. The food is average and not too distinctive. It serves its purpose, but... I have eaten at this restaurant many times and it's sister restaurant in Sapa. I really enjoy the one in Sapa and wish this one would provide the same quality food. I usually order a sandwich or something, which is badic but tasty. I went there for dinner with my friends and it was enjoyable until we were swarmed by... More
