This was recommended by staff at one of the area's craft shops; a very good choice! Our server was friendly and helpful and encouraged us to try the chowder for lunch - an excellent suggestion,

We stopped here for coffee, but we couldn't resist the baked goods. The ginger cake and cinnamon buns were very tasty so we bought extra oat cakes to go. Service was friendly, bathrooms were clean and the view was great, too.

We stopped in last summer to grab a quick bite. The people nd the food were great. We had a sample of their oat cakes, and took the recipe. I finally had a chance to make some, and they turned out awesome.

We enjoyed a hot homestyle breakfast of eggs, toast made from homemade bread, bacon and coffee for a very reasonable price. Quick, easy and satisfying.

Stopped for cinnamon rolls and butter tarts. Wow, we should have gone back for more. fresh biscuit cinnamon rolls (and I am a c.r. aficionado) and best pecan butter tarts I have had, including my own homemade!

We dropped in this past week after moose hunting in Meat Cove. Had their fish stew which actually had fish in it. Also their Rueben sandwich and a coffee. Very inviting, friendly staff, good food, very happy.

Sorry Stephanie, I just seen this question. You may have already been here. Most days we do have lemon pie. People seem to really love it, so drop in for a piece if you haven't been by yet. Thanks for inquiring

Hi Clucking Hen! We visited you back in the summer and regretfully we did not buy one of your t-shirts! Is it possible to buy one from you now and have it shipped? Do you have an email address that I can contact you on to arrange payment and postage please. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards Yvonne Sell
