unfortunately being the only chippy for 30 miles gives the takeaway an advantage and the customers a disadvantage due to lack of competition. I found the quality of the food was good however not as good as should be with the price they charge

Enjoyed the fish & chips on my first visit. Disappointed we had to buy tartar sauce. Back home it comes with the fish. Second visit got a takeaway - Lasagna. Don't recommend.

Even though we booked a table for 6 well in advance, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated while the staff were moving some tables and customers around to make some room for us. Once at the table, we waited another 10-15...More

I can't remember the last time I was able to eat fish and chips! Frankie's made delicious gluten free fish and chips. Even ordering the small size, there was so much to eat. We had to save the mushy peas for the next day!

We had some absolutely delicious take-out fish and chips from Frankie's! The tartare sauce was also particluarly good. The place was buzzing, both eat-in and take-out, unsurprisingly as the quality is fantastic! Good service too, friendly staff.

Very fresh, very delicious, and very popular. Eat in or carry out. If the parking lot is not full, jump at the chance to enjoy the great seafood before the crowds arrive.

Frankie's isn't a plush restaurant but honestly devoted to providing excellent fish and chips. The shellfish was also the best ever. A welcome surprise on a wet afternoon.
