Had a lovely lunch here. All food seems to be freshly home cooked. the surrounding are pleasant with great views and excellent play area for children.

Traditional food options plus some with a Turkish twist e.g. delicious smoked venison and mozzarella pide. All very reasonably priced. We have been before and will certainly be back.

Perfect weather for al fresco dining and the food to match. Great start for our holiday in Arran. See photo which speaks for itself..hummous and ham salads, (cafe thyme version of) tuna and olive pizza and a glass of red...Brilliant!!! Two very happy foodies!

Newly built Cafe Thyme serving teas, coffees, homebaking, delicious lunches, homemade bread and pides (Turkish pizzas baked in the wood burning oven), wines, beers and a large selection of loose leaf teas.Hamza the chef built the wood burning oven himself so everything he bakes in it comes from his heart. We offer an exciting lunch menu catering for all tastes and everything is freshly made to order. Homegrown salad leaves and herbs are used widely. Currently open 7 days a week 10am to 5pm. Dinners are served Monday to Saturday during the season and we are fully licensed. Take away fish and chips or wild boar and apple burger 5pm - 10pm also available during the season.Stunning views of the Druid standing stone, fields, sea and Mull of Kintyre beyond are replicated in the fabulous stained glass window.Family run business marrying Scottish and Turkish through a haggis and cheese pide!
