Called in whilst passing through and just fell for this place. Loved everything about it - really quirky with stunning views over the surrounding hills. Serving local real ale which hit the spot and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was very...More

I only popped in for one drink with friends on a very busy evening. It is a very unique pub with a great atmosphere. The drinks and service were great and I will definitely be returning to sample the food.

We were going to go elsewhere after our walk in the hills, but no one seemed to be serving food at 2:30pm apart from this place. Moreover, they’re dog friendly which is a must with our little furry friend! The service was a tad slow...More

What a place - something from an age gone by with good food and drink. Very much a place to visit. Sad to learn that the place is up for sale and in jeopardy.

We were just coming to the end of a lovely week here, staying in our cousin's cottage. They recommended we all go here for a meal, and we were not disappointed. When they said it had sawdust on the floor we thought they were speaking...More

We went for Sunday lunch on 27th August 2017 - after pre booking. This place is unspoiled and is set in wonderful surroundings. The building is constructed mainly of corrugated iron sheets and has nostalgic items within the garden representing its previous life. Internally it...More

Visited here yesterday. What a wonderful place, a little bit of time gone by with a huge amount of relaxing friendly atmosphere. Stunning awesome views and a pleasant garden to sit in. Food was superb too.

Didn't see any. It could be the sort of relaxed pub that would. Why not give them a ring.
