A beautiful restaurant and a must visit for your tip to Santorini. Restaurant built into a cave on the beach. Food was fabulous. Service was exceptional and the venue was amazing

Our late October visit meant that we were practically the only ones on the beach. At lunchtime we went to the restaurant, we’re told that we couldn’t sit at the table that we wanted as it was an extra cost! I agree with others, food...was ok, staff unfriendly but it was a photo opportunity at every position on the beach.More

Looking for a gorgeous restaurant celebrating the fabulous produce of Sifnos then look no further. Gorgeous food, bursting with flavour. Creative yet unpretentious. Really memorable dishes. Fabulous service from the whole team and lovely comfortable sun loungers on the beach afterwards to doze and enjoy...the glistening sea until sundowners and cocktail hour. These guys have a very serious approach to their cocktails … definitely not to be missed! Can’t recommend this place enough. Book in advance - unsurprisingly it gets very busy!More

The atmosphere was great. The food was good but it was very pricey and we found good if not better food elsewhere for cheaper. It was not crowded here so the quiet atmosphere to relax was appreciated

We came hoping to really enjoy our experience here, having done the classic ‘Instagram research’ beforehand. Unfortunately, we didn’t rate our overall time and wouldn’t return or recommend. We may have just visited on an ‘off day’ but, looking at some other reviews, it doesn’t...seem like that is the case. The cocktails were - fine, but we’ve had many better elsewhere across Santorini. Food was again - fine? But hard to justify against the price. The most disappointing was the service. Unfriendly and unwelcoming, not only did it feel like they were doing us a favour by taking our order but the service was painfully slow. We could easily have ordered 2-3x the drinks that we had, and indeed tried to, but after waiting 30 mins for another order to be taken (having been told they would be right over to us), we eventually gave up and went somewhere else for the rest of the time. We felt that the overall vibe was a great setting, with okay although pricey drinks & food, but not worth the poor service.More

Amazing food, drinks, music, decor! Staff is amazing Very nice at dinner for sunset the colors of the sky are amazing. Definitely our favorite place in Santorini.

Very nice beach atmosphere and setting, and highly recommended by our hotel. In fact we wanted a beach atmosphere, so Yalos did hit the mark in that area. The food was lovely, not fabulous, but the problem we had with our whole meal was the...woman server was distant and frankly awful in terms of service and attitude. That really ruined what could have been a lovely evening. From the minute we sat down, she couldn't be bothered with us, was short and snippy. The others were much more friendly, but we had to ask for everything. We would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience.More

Really nice place The service was kind, friendly and very professionell. Food was great. Music as well. Yalos is more like a Bechclub with music. Sure not the cheapest place on the island. But, together with fe Eros beach, one of the nicest if you...like good music and good food and drinks. If you do not have a big budget and still like music, just throw you towel on the beach next to yalos. Also fine as the beach is beautifulMore

I was not initially excited to visit Yalos since their marketing gave me a vibe I'm not particularly into, and doesn't feel like Santorini. However once we arrived, I realized I was wrong. Everything is gorgeous, and the beach is as good as you'll get...in most places in Santorini. A lot of reviews mention the cost of seating however there are free seating options and the beach is still free to access so it's entirely up to you how much you spend. We splurged on the large cabana and I was nervous about it at first but my husband insisted. It was marvelous! It comes with prosecco, water and a fruit tray that was almost too pretty to eat. This rental is for all day, so make plans accordingly if you wish to spend the money. Wait staff was very attentive even with all the leg work they have to do in the sand all day. Anything we wanted was prompt and it was a gorgeous day. The vibe is very relaxing with music playing the whole time that is not loud at all. The bathrooms are kinda gross, but it is a beach. Overall this was one of our favorite spots and we wish we had time to do it again before we left.More

We went to two different beach restaurants like this and this was by far the better choice. You need to know what you're getting into, it isn't cheap, but we had a great time. Initially we were disappointed, several of the menu items that we...were excited to try weren't available. We ordered anyway and it may have been the best food we had on the island (we ordered two entrees and two apps)! We tried a number of drinks on their menu (never ordering the same one twice just to see what each was like) and we enjoyed all of them. Dessert was great too (we had two)! I think the main down side is that some of the areas for seating may be in the sun/not as comfortable but you can make reservations in advance or get there early and you shouldn't have much of a problem!More
