Hadn't planned to visit here and decided at last minute. It's in a great location in a converted church and suited the conversion. Wide choice on the menu. Even meat and veggie options with this being a seafood place. The food was delicious. All freshly prepared in view of the table. Real attention to detail and I'd recommend a visit.... More

We arrived for Sunday lunch on a chilly October day. Unfortunately the heating hadn't quite kicked in, waitress George apologised & sat us next to the heater. Great meals for both of us, despite dietary restrictions (no onions) we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Exceptional service from waitress George she helped me choose 3 dishes without onion Big thank you to... More

Food was beautiful - my husband said it was the best rib-eye steak he had had in a long time & he is very hard to please! The staff were very attentive & a great happy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The waiter didn't seem to be interested, he came across as being a bit arrogant and we were left a long time waiting to order our drinks. He was not aware of shortages on the menu either. My girlfriend ordered the Lobster, then was told that they only had the half Lobster option available. It arrived and was not good.... More

I Keep going back as I'm always hoping its going to be better next time. 3rd visit in 12months, there's always friendly staff however the food I'm afraid to say wasn't great. My starter was ok than my hake for the main was small and disappointing, I did Inform the head waiter that my hake was much bigger when I... More

Went with a friend and decided on a special menu for £25 a head for 3 courses. As there was no scallop starters we chose crab pakoras and haggis spring rolls. Was allowed to order side of scallops for £4 extra. Mains went for sword fish for both of us and sauted pots mine with beetroot and friend had green... More

This is a difficult one to rate as I had excellent oysters and the chilli squid starter was very good too. However ordered the steak and half lobster meal which was £19.95 + £8 for half lobster. Steak and lobster were both very small. I know lobster is expensive but still small to what I've had elsewhere. So the steak... More

A party of 8 who had a range of fishy meals ,portions a little small for most diners however if having 3 course this would not be a problem probably a very varied selection and something for everyone

We met friends for breakfast this morning. All of us feeling peckish ordered full breakfast with orange juice toast and coffee Great food and good portion size Plenty of nice bread toasted with nice butter and jam. Haggis in with the breakfast was a bonus too Top marks!

The food was excellent and tasted very fresh. It was a Thursday evening that wasn't a full house. Despite this, service could have been a bit more attentive as we found it hard to get the attention of the waiters when trying to order drinks and pay our bill. Overall the food was great and was a lovely send off... More
