You have to brave to sit at a restaurant table entirely devoted to meat while on an island surrounded by fish. But we made an exceptional choice. The meat offering is outstanding and passionately served by those who know their meat. Easily the best steaks...we had on a 3 week excursion into Provence.More

Exceptional dinner experience - the food as well as the service. I had a perfectly undercooked ultra fresh tuna steak whilst my wife uncharacteristically opted for a rare rump steak served with a very flavoursome ratatouille and a green salad. All were superb, accompanied by...local wines and the kind of helpful but obtrusive Service that every restaurant should aspire to. Our best meal in France by a mile .More

We ate here three nights out of 4 and my daughter is vegan and I don’t eat red meat. Previously eaten everywhere else. The chef is from Laos and quality and flavour is great. Amazing giant prawn dishes. Best wine list on the island at...lower prices than the others- plus very professional sommelier who recommends the best not the most expensive.More

We had an amazing time with family and friends at l’Etal du Boucher! The food is delicious, the staff is super nice, and the restaurant is perfectly located to enjoy the charm of the village. Thank you!!! Can’t wait to come back

Most restaurants in Porquerolles are not a very good experience.This was absolutely sublime.The meat was of extremely good quality.Same for the gratin dauphinois.And the curry too.Extremely recommended

After the boat crossing from the mainland and before visiting the Fondation Carmignac, we popped in here for a light lunch. It was clear that they had a thai chef somewhere in the wings because in addition to their standard plates, the menu had a...wide choice of thai food including veggie. We tried the mixed nems and the Asian salad. The nems were better than most of those you'd taste in a modest restaurant and the salad was really well-served and tasty .....loads of marinated salmon and gambas, served on a really fresh mixed salad with thai vinaigrette.More

New restaurant with an awesome choice of beef prepared to perfection. The service is convivial, warm and efficient all under the beautiful and demure gaze of Christina, the owner's muse. The location on the village's piazza under the eucalyptus trees is ideal and charming. The...wine list is amazingly varied and the choice reveals a real knowledge and love of great wines. Best kept secret in town!More
