I stayed at the Days Inn beside this BP last week for 3 nights, which resulted in me eating at this location. The service was horrible. 2 of the nights I visited, I sat for 10-15 minutes before I was brought a menu and offered...a drink. The servers were all busy visiting with perhaps their regular visitors or friends. The wait time for everything seemed delayed. A gentleman came in after I had got my drink and was ignored for the first 10 minutes as well. He also had to speak up and ask for a menu.
The food was at least your typical expectation from Boston Pizza, but the service was poor. Maybe the dining room side has better service.More

When faced with a full menu and not being all that hungry, what do you get? We ordered small (shrimp taco, small pizza) and found it just right.
Cooked properly and enjoyable.
Good service from Amanda. Thank you.
Spent $34 for two for dinner.

We went in to order a pizza to stay. We were going to visit a ill family member and we thought this would be the best place. We stood at the door for quite a while and then were seated. There were only a few...people in the restaurant at the time. The gal came and took our order and returned with coffee. About 30 minutes later, she returned and said she forgot to place our order and it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. We left and went to an alternate restaurant. We will not return.More

Our hockey team went around 5pm. Place was half empty. Took 15 minutes for a server to even come take our drink order. When it was finally taken, our drinks took another 20minutes to arrive. Only half of us had menus, so we had to...share. Another 30 minutes for food to come. When the food finally arrived we had no napkins or utensils. Some of us had steaks and pasta. Nothing to use to eat with. We asked 3 servers for utensils. Still nothing. Found a manager (Khoal McMillan) expressed concerns. Still asked for cutlery took another 10minuted because nothing was washed and we had to wait. By the time we got Cutlery our food was cold. A manager didn’t even come to our table to apologize. We never seen our server once. Only when taking our order. When going to pay. I spoke with another manager ‘Grant Sutherland’ who was supposedly the head manager that night. Expressed concerns. He didn’t even care. I said we will not be paying for the steak meal since we had no cutlery. And threatened me saying he was going to be calling the police if I didn’t pay for the steak. Disgusting attitude. I cannot believe he is even employed in the customer service industry. Will never go to this place again. There were other tables coming in also that day for an extended period without even being seen. And would get up to go. Very sadMore

Once a month we come here for lunch after a meeting and there are usually about 10-15 of us. The service is always good and the food is exactly what you expect at Boston Pizza. I don’t think there is anything spectacular, but it is...good and the ability to easily seat large groups of walk ins is exactly what we need. There is always something for everyone.More
