The food there is amazing and atendent gaby was really nice and amazing and the ice cream was very good

We usually go to the Francisca in Miami Lakes which has always been a nice experience. The last time our waitress told us about the one in Doral being bigger and different decor. Our family and friends met at the Doral location two weeks ago...for the first time. Positive - the food was good. Negative - the service was terrible. We had to ask for water and wine glasses more than once. I believe they’re were at least 3 waitresses coming to our table and not one seemed to worry about if we needed anything else. In conclusion, we were a party of seven, they knew the tip was going to be automatically added to the bill. Highly recommend the Miami Lakes location, not going back to Doral.More

Probably the best Venezuelan restaurant I've been to in the US. The tequenos, arepitas, chicharrones tasted so good I almost traded my main dish for a repeat of it. Their chicken is moist and delicious, highlight of the meal for sure! I could be butchering...her name but the waitress Marilae was simply the best. Very courteous, friendly and provided us with great service and recommendations. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area againMore

Recommended by a local. Excellent grilled chicken, fall off the bone and excellent marinade. Sides of tostones, rice and beans, and a side criolla salad with avacodo halfs, heart of palm. Vert tasty, quick service with Willmary. Great for lunch and obviously a ton of...orders to go.More

This place has beautiful decor and warm and inviting space, but service is definitely lacking. Latin style, traditional plates, charcoal grilled meals that taste fantastic. Limited menu in my opinion.More

Francisca is a "traditional" Venezuelan wood oven cooking establishment. All their food is outstanding. They also have a few Colombian options, to mix things up with the sister Country. They offer traditional Venezuelan & Colombian menu items, hallaquitas, Nata, boiled yuca and great roasted chicken....Their meats are all great also. My only complaint, is that their drinks, especially mixed cocktail's, are slightly watered down. The Bloody Mary was not up to par and neither was the Sex on the Beach drink, both watered down. The martini's were good. The Wait Staff is OUTSTANDING and very attentive. Our Waitress Angie was superb. I recommend this Establishment, I know you won't be dispappointed.More

Came here for the first time and order a sampler and I have to say the best thing was the chicken. Everything was great but the chicken was amazing. Our server was Maria A. and she did a great job serving us. Will come back...again.More

Order a whole chicken with two sides and a full Caesar salad to-go. When I got home one of the sides (mashed potato’s) was so small, not even enough for one person. Caesar salad which cost 12 dollars was also very small, and the lettuce...was not romaine, it was regular lettuce. Very disappointed, don’t think I will order or dine there again.More

Usual customer until now. Last Monday 02.15 the house was empty. Service was the worst. Incomplete and cold food. Try to contact the manager but nobody answer . Very very disappointed. I had people invited and it was total disgusting.More
