Pignatella offers the common all-you-can-eat service, presumably with a Tyrolian touch. Most of the dishes were standard "colonial" food, with tiny (Tyrolian?) additions; all greasy, many deep fried, although most relatively fresh, at the time of a Saturday lunch. The price was 30-50% higher than better colonial restaurants in the region. A final, original touch: flip-flops worn by the waiter.
