It's a very good environment, but you're looking for a good meal when you're going to a restaurant and don't mind that much for the ambience. It's expensive and very well known locally, so you expect the very best, but the food did not reach that expectation.

This restaurant is strategically located beside the highway and serves italian food. There are all you can eat options as well as "a la carte". We asked for entrecot and half portion of pasta. Everything tasted delicious! The house wine is also really good! It worths try!

More expensive than it should be, this is a restaurant chain in the area. The food is reasonable, nothing special. The tortéi, which is a kind of filled pasta is the best dish. I had a squash filled one with funghi sauce which was pretty delicious. The food comes out really fast but the location I went to was nice,... More

I have been a client of Galeteria Di Paolo for more than 15 years. A “galeto” is a 650g griller barbecued over carvão de madeira. You shall find “galeterias ( restaurants that serve only galeto) in Rio Grande do Sul state in places where the Italian immigration was preponderant. A galeto meal starts with a chicken soup of capeletti (tiny... More

This restaurant came heavily recommended by staff at our hotel. There recommendations were spot on because this was an excellent meal. Probably the only meal in Brazil I had were there was no beef on the menu but after getting that so often the change was nice. The chicken they have here is extremely tasty. Very different than what we... More

we went for lunch, two adults and three kids, in a really rainy day, so we didn't have space to keep wondering for a restaurant. Even the restaurant was full and we had to wait for a table, there was a kid's space that helped a lot. We only waited for about 20 mins. The service is fast, the food... More

I saw a t.v. show with Olivier Anquier where he visited this restaurant and said they had the best Galeto (baby rooster) in Brazil and that they had won the the award for the best galeto in Brazil every year since 1996 and they have already won the 2012 award. The award comes from the 4 Rodas magazine and is... More

O galeto é bom? Sim. More
