Live music, unbeatable view, and great food … steps away from the beach

Everything about this beachside restaurant is fabulous! The view, the service, the live music … and the food! We rented a beach umbrella and two sun beds for LEK 1,000 for the day. When we were hungry we simply took a few steps up from the beach, to dine on a terrace where tables are arranged so that everyone gets a great view. Our waiter took care of us. Always smiling and very patient. I ordered a Greek salad and bread. My wife ordered a seafood linguine. The kids ordered pasta and pizza. The quality and portion sizes were fantastic.

This is heaven on earth

First of all the Location is one of the most beautiful places I ever visited. The water is clear turkise blue and the kind of straw sunshades are matching perfectly in this scenery. The staff is very very attentive, always there looking on how can they make you feel comfortable. Also the owners were very nice to us and wanted us to feel special. Let‘s talk about the tasty food they‘re serving here, we got the best fried calamari ever in here, also the Pizzas (napoli, diavola) are sooo well made so we absolutely recommend it. We had a room in the Hotel so we also had breakfast in here and can absolutely recommend it too!! It was fresh made, all fruits and vegetables had such a great aromatic taste and they had self made sweets. Everything nice and on top of that the incredible view.

The place to be..

The mos beautiful beach in Vlora,the staff is so welcoming,fast and accurate.The food is so delicious,with the perfect taste and cooking..while eating there is a professional band plauing great music Live,and I had an opportunity to sing a couple of songs with the band.It was pleasure. Inn resort and hotel is simply amazing!

Worst restaurant in the region

20 min just to set up the table then took another 15 minutes to take our order and then we were notified that the restaurant didn’t have a menu. So the waiter told us the options available e chose and then took more 35 min just to get the salad. Terrible restaurant.

I didn’t thought it could go so wrong in a restaurant so well known and reviewed but I cannot give more than 1 star. We arrived at 19.20 asking to the guy at the entrance if we could sit and have a cocktail before having dinner, he replied that we could so we took the sits. 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to take our order and when he finally arrived he told us that cocktail weren’t available (don’t know why). So we were kind of forced to have immediately the dinner, wait another 15 minutes to have the menu (only in Albanian, no English or other), I asked for an ashtray so I could smoke a cigarette waiting for the dinner and they took it just when the dinner arrived. After some time all the plates arrived togheter but they bring all the plates in one time (?!?). First they bring the second course, and after a few seconds the first course ( why in that order and why togheter? Never saw a restaurant that to this thing in my whole life) as we ate fish we expected at least a sanitazer wipe to clean hands. They also mistaked a plate (on a total of 3 of first course). We had to eat quickly also because otherwise the pasta would have been too cold. To be honest it’s pretty strange and I didn’t expect this kind be threatened like this. Finish to dinner at 20.10, at 20.40 empty plates are still on the table. Pretty speachless because the place is nice and have a nice view over the sea. We could have been the kind of customer that spend 100/120€ each, we go away spending 40 and disappointed, so not the way a customer/tourist would enjoy to spend a night

WORST EXPERIENCE- extremely disappointing (rushed service, loud music and tasteless food)

We went to this restaurant because it had great reviews, however, when we arrived the experience was awful, we couldn't wait to get out of there. The food was overpriced and mediocre, the salad was aiming to be creative but it fell flat and tastless, linguini with sea food was okay, the crab was way hndecooked though and it was served without anything to crack it open the pizzas were burned and tasteless. The atmosphere and service were the WORST: firstly the music was just bad taste and way, waaay to loud we couldn't hear the sea which is what we went there for, we couldn't hear each other, it was soo bad that we left without finishing our food, secondly, the service was awful, they served everything at once salad, entree, main dish and for the ones who ordered pizza the food came too late and we couldn't eat together. It was just very badly thought. We were incredibly disappointed and couldn't wait to leave the place.

Restaurant review

We did not stay at the hotel, so we cannot speak for that, but we did try the restaurant. We chose to eat here because it is on the coast overlooking the sea and the sunset. First impressions- very nice. Unfortunately it went downhill very quickly. There must be a wasps’ nest close by, because we had 6+ wasps fly around us as we ate, as did the couple beside us. This made it very hard to enjoy our evening. We informed the staff and their response was “we are in nature”. There was nothing particularly wrong with the food, it’s just not worth the price. You can get a much better meal at a fraction of the price. We felt cheated, and immediately went to another restaurant. I’m sure the wasp issue has been dealt with, just make sure you are willing to pay a little extra in comparison to other restaurants in the area. Is it worth it? You decide, but we won’t be going back.

A restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and incredibly helpful, friendly and professional staff. The restaurant is situated directly by the sea so the view is breathtaking. I was immensely impressed with the quality of the food and the vast range of selection and options available on the menu, the breakfast was particularly delicious. The restaurant also offered live music events every couple days which was super enjoyable. Overall, I really love the service and food here and will definitely be recommending to my friends in back in London and Albania! Well done Les Amis Restaurant, you’re a 10/10

Great food with a view!

The food was very good, great variety of good wines, friendly staff and a stunning view. Unfortunately, all dishes were served at the same time (both starters and main course) which was a bit weird. All in all, great place with a lot of potential.

Nice and Relaxing Spot

This restaurant had a great view and the beach connected to it was beautiful and relaxing. The restaurant staff provided fast service but the food could have been better. The serving sizes were small and we ordered pizzas too which were not tasteful thus not justifying their prices. Overall the experience was nothing too memorable but would recommend coming here for a coffee to enjoy the beautiful view and relaxing atmosphere.

Les amis is a treasure

If you’re looking for a fantastic meal and great service this is the place. You have a variety of fresh food options to choose from and you honestly can’t go wrong. I’m staying at the hotel that this restaurant is part of and have had breakfast and lunch daily for about 4 days. The fruit is fresh and flavorful, the meals are well seasoned and delicious, and the atmosphere is amazing. As you eat you have a view of the mountains and a crystal clear water beach, lively Albanian music and attentive servers. My kids and my picky mother in law have enjoyed every bit of it and have had no complaints. I wish I had photos of our meals but we scarfed them down immediately.

Will never go back there. Not worth it for the price

Went there for a family lunch and we ended up having one of the worst lunch experiences you can ever get. Terrible service , terrible food even worse atmosphere. For those prices , you have tons of other optilns to consider in Vlora. Will never go back and would not reccomend it to anyone else , save your leisure time and go somewhere else.

Fantastic food and sunset views

We had a fantastic meal here with Elvin as the perfect host. The service was the friendliest we had in Albania and the food was excellent quality and really tasty. The views from the restaurant were beautiful at sunset and made for a really pleasant evening alongside the food and service.

Les Amis Restaurant is one of the best experiences you can find!!! breakfast, lunch and dinner with an amazing view and an excellent service, very welcoming stuff and the owner is so helpful and always being around to make sure everything is perfect and everyone's experience is 10 out of 10. A dreamlike hotel

The hotel boasts a beautifully modern design and is situated right by the bay. The private beach is a dream come true, featuring crystal-clear waters. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. The vegetables are locally sourced and taste fresh and delicious. Both the pasta and pizza have an authentic flavor. The owner is incredibly hospitable and attentive, catering to our every need. He even went above and beyond to serve us turkish coffee in the morning, which they typically do not accommodate. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. The vegetables are locally sourced and taste fresh and delicious. Both the pasta and pizza have an authentic flavor. We are more than satisfied and we will definitely return next summer.
