Absolutely stunning! The food is a fusion style and can't be missed! I'd would recommend this restaurant for the amazing atmosphere, the service, the kindness and the efficiency of the personal, the quality of the menu and the reasonable prices. Please do not miss this...place, this a MUST TO DO :) I had a crispy rice with tartar of tuna and my boyfriend a carppachio de kobe with truffle. This was delicious!!More

Spent lunch during the week, only the restaurant in the cozy and unique seating area upstairs was open. Good choice of interesting meals, food was better than your Spanish average but not as unique as it sounded. Patatas fritas for the kids was a huge...portion though :) .. overall: recommended.More

My wife had visited this establishment several times two years ago so my expectations were high. We soon learnt that the menu had been changed significantly and in fact we were informed that it changes every year. Consequently a number of the traditional tapas are...no longer available. The location is great in the main town square and there is adequate seating. The food which is not cheap turned out to be of average quality and the portions varied in size from small to large. The apple strudel with ice cream was very good. There is an axtensive wine list including some good wines from the Cadiz region. The service was acceptable.More

Put all thoughts, well most of them, aside and get here quickety quick for the excellent Taberner wine (local to Cadíz). Sure whilst your here enjoy the superior quality nosh, the simple deep fried anchovies are great but don’t pair so well with the red...wine - for that I’m led to believe the pigeon is to die for. The winter closure is coming soon so act/drink quickly!More

After having been caught in tourist traps the last two days in Conil and Sevilla this meal was very pleasant. The restaurant has a lovely athmosphere inside. The food was beautifully presented and really tasted great! Food is not cheap but worth the price. We...would go here any time again!More

Place at the plaza de españa you cant really miss it. Garimba Sur offers up a wide selection of alternative tapas, or tapas with other ingredients then expected. It is a bit more expensive then going into a local bar and doing the scrunge. But...you will also get a different taste. The service was funny and made the visit more enjoyable, trying to practice what little spanish we could. It all worked out well and we were happy.More

We were taken here by friends who had been here before on a recent trip to Vejar. It was very windy so we opted to sit inside. The place was full and the atmosphere was really lovely. The waitress spoke excellent English which was very...helpful as our Spanish is a little limited. I had Tuna which is a speciality in this area, I was not disappointed. It was fresh and melted in the mouth. We shared tapas style starters and each dish was a delight. We are home now so won't be returning soon but I know that it has become a firm favourite for our friends who will definitely be taking there next set of visitors, lucky them!!More

Dinner at Garimba on the beautiful Plaza Espana being looked after by Claudia, one of the family owners. It is a delightful spot and food and drink are both very good. On food alone maybe not the best in Vejer, but that is a very...high bar and the overall ambience and service make this a must visit in the town.More
