THE RESTAURANT PIU 'ANCIENT MANCIANO We are in Maremma in the province of Grosseto and precisely in the historical center of Manciano but despite this we are within easy reach and we have no parking problems. Our trattoria in the tradition, maintains the characteristic appearance and atmosphere of the old inn: two rooms well-kept, rustic and cozy, the tables are made of wood and summer are put in the open; from the window of one of the rooms you can admire a beautiful landscape and in clear nights you can see, on the horizon, the coast and the sea. Our motto (we sent to those who work with us) is: friendliness and helpfulness but also attention to the customer who should feel at home. Our kitchen

The food was absolutely incredible, especially the Gnudi and the deserts!!! The owner was very kind and gracious, and even told us the town in which we could find their amazing dessert wine! Easily accessible from all of southern Tuscany, and a great stop on...More

A wonderful find! Excellent service. This was our first dinner in Manciano and I suspect we will find a night to return before we leave.

The staff was friendly. Food was good and was typical of the region. That is local wines, cheeses, truffle etc. the price was not outrageous. Well worth stopping in for dinner!

We dined here repeatedly. Perfect combination of quality, atmosphere, price and family friendliness. This is Italy. This is Tuscany.

The server was friendly and helpful. Recommended an excellent local wine and made good menu suggestions. The sucking pig was great. The wild boar pappardelle was excellent, as was the pici pasta with sage cream sauce.

If you chose one activity in Manciano forget everything else ( there is more impressive historic stuff in other towns) and stop for lunch at this small, family-run place at what seems to be a street sprinkled with little restaurants, but - sorry to the...More
