After two visits in one weekend I have to say it is a great place to eat! Staff is friendly (waiteresses are both nice and helpful, one of the waiters was a little bit rude but nothing so bad). Location is perfect. But the best is the menu - many local specialties, as well as children menu, healthy menu and local drinks. We loved it all!

The beautifully designed website was unfortunately only in Czech, while the menu was in three languages including English. This was the reason, why we chose this restaurant for our lunch in Hluboka.
The overall concept, starting with the website, through the exterior and interior (including the design of restrooms) to the background music, makes a pleasant impression.
The waitress was friendly, quick and attentive. Thanks to the multilingual menu, ordering was no problem. The prices were still appropriate for this tourist hotspot. The waiting time was relatively short.
The homemade lemonade and the soup of the day were delicious. We can recommend them. The potato pancake, although a house specialty, wasn't quite what we expected.
From our point of view, the restaurant has a reasonable opportunity to achieve 5 stars next time.

The place looks amazing, the staff wears period uniforms and the food is delicious. The price is higher but you get big portions and they taste amazing. The music that played was electro swing and it completed the atmosphere.

Really disaster. Steak for 500 CZK you can’t be bitten, without spices.
The mashed potatoes were not seasoned. The pork tenderloin was completely dried out and tasteless

Super location of the restaurant with a large garden. Nice service and a great atmosphere (there was an event in the square).
The food was incredibly overpriced for how average it tasted - prices comparable to Prague for worse quality!).
We would definitely not return here for food, at most for beer.

Nice little restaurant with ice hockey theme - all the door handles are skates, and the tables have articles for a specific hockey season. Nice fried cheese, good local beer

The terace and interior of this place are very tastefull and innice retro style.
We ordered both a pasta dish and the one with spinache, dried tomatoe and mushrooms was great. The other pasta dish was just cream and pasta which salt and pepper could not lift.
After my feedback being ignored twice, I tried once more but the owner knew everything better :)

While looking for a suitable place to eat with a child (most outdoor seatings in restaurants are now occupied by smokers) we were immediately drawn to this one because almost every table had a baby or a small child there, not one smoker. The drinks arrived quickly, very pleasant young lady told us about daily specials and took our order. All 3 entrees were tasty, my roast beef salad was huge, served by a very pleasant gentleman. The outdoor section looks out into a picturesque square with a church, whose bells at noon sounded beautiful. The interior of the restaurant is tastefully decorated in retro style, the bathrooms were clean, and had a can of hairspray and few other items needed in a freshen up emergency. The food prices are on a higher side, but in keeping with others in this popular tourist town.

Located at the bottom of the hill from the castle close to the church, this restaurant serves very good local cuisine. Service was good, the waiter spoke English and the prices were great. Would definitely eat here again.

We had a good dinner here for a very reasonable price on the terrace outside.
During our 5 day stay in Hubloka nad Vitavou, we also had several times a nice drink on returning from our bike trips on the terrace. Nice place .

We ate supper here twice as it was so good.
Our first supper was accompanied by a lovely concert and next to two friendly Italians cyclists.
The food and local beer were excellent. Friendly and helpful waitresses too.

Went for a lunch at this restaurant. Were seated outside in the garden in the shade.
There were toys for our kids to play with (so don’t expect a romantic quiet meal when you sit there).
The kids had pieces of chicken along with fries. My wife the potato pancake, which was very tasty (it’s just the pancake, so order veggies if you want them). I had a chicken salad. It was okay. Not that special.
The staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Spent 800 CZK (incl tip) for four drinks and the meals mentioned above.
