Stopped here for a bite and pint and have to say was nice. This is your average pub with food and it does what it says. Staff were nice.

After a great evening spent in the horseshoes during a bank holiday beer festival, my friend and I decided to go back for a meal at the weekend and we were far from disappointed. Our food was tasty, well cooked and reasonably priced. The menu was small, but varied and cooked fresh to order. The atmosphere was lively! A vibrant... More

After reading reviews on here I feel a have to make a balance. I am now using the 'shoes' more and more, mainly down to the great atmosphere, friendly staff and now the food. Everything is coming along nicely it has gone from a tired sad little bar to one which is busy and bustling all year round which you... More

Upon hearing the Three Horse Shoes had a new head chef me and my wife were keen to try here and we are so glad we did. We both had the Sunday Roast of Sirloin Steak which was perfectly pink and done to my requirements. Followed by a very tasty dessert of Homemade vanilla Cheesecake with fruit and a raspberry... Visited recently for a meal with friends. The atmosphere was lively with several people having a drink, and there was a welcome roaring log fire. There was also live music - the band tucked away so it wasn't oppressive. However, we were immediately disappointed by a very 'ordinary' menu. I ordered a starter of breads with oil and balsamic for... More

Came in for some food with some friends, the land lady was loud and rude along with some very loud customers on a Thursday lunch time. I found a hair in my food and she refused to redo the food said it wasn't any of her staffs and couldn't be the chefs as she had no hair, then charged me... More

Built in 1495. This wonderful pub in rural england is on the outskirts of the Suffolk National Park. We have spaces for overnightamping and caravaning. We belong to BRITSTOP & The Caravan Club of Great Britain. We offer the best of local real ales and ciders or just drop in for a tea or coffee. Our resteraunt offers a very extensive menu of pub fod and snacks. We are only a short walk from the River Waveney, 20 minutes from the coast, 5 miles from Beccles.
