Finding eating places near the Saud beach area is a bit of a challenge. We tried finding places that were open for dinner on a Sunday night and came up empty handed so just returned to where we were staying. Finally found this place the next day. Run by an uber friendly staff, Bergblick lays out tasty and large servings,... More

It was our driver-guide who brought us here for lunch before going to see the windmills. It's a German restaurant but there are also Filipino dishes. Food is good and tasty. Service is clean and courteous. Turn-over of customers is was fairly good.

A German restaurant in the northernmost end of the Philippines? Yes, same question marks went into mind when we first drove past it. But indeed it is! Food is great. Authentic and really worth the money. Plus to that the majestic views of mountains and plantations - a welcome break from the sea views that is a normal sight in... More

After we finished our tour we told the tricycle driver to take us to Bergblick Restaurant. The restaurant is small and neat. Right in front of it is a rice field and a mountain view. A lot of entries have caught our attention, but their Ilocandia Express and Pork Barbecue appealed to us the best along with the Dragonfruit shake as our beverage and Creme Brulleé for dessert. The Ilocandia express is spicy, but... More

A change from the Filipino food. Very nice and tasty. My only issue was it was quite expensive. Would eat there again though.

really something to find a German Restaurant in the middle of rice fields. The owner and the staff are trying very hard to give an authentic German dining experience. It is worthwhile to come back

We had second thoughts about trying out BergBlick Restaurant. "German food in Ilocos? Err..." Needless to say it was our last choice on our last night in Pagudpud. There's something about its good reviews that's just too good to be true. Or so we thought. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs, offering extra help and assistance... More
