This restaurant has the potential to be fantastic. The atmosphere is great and the food is very good. Unfortunately, the restaurant is being seriously let down by the poor waiting staff who prefer to huddle in the corner chatting with each other. Very disappointing indeed.

We were trying to go to one of most recommended restaurants but found out you won't get much luck in Villa de Leyva on monday (almost everything is closed).
