Friends were at a table when we arrived. The waitress took about 5 minutes to appear...I said I would get a drink from the bar, but she offered to get a beer for me. After she took payment from another table and stood and discussed something with them for over 5 minutes, the waitress left the patio for my cocktail.... More

Good food friendly staff. Other recent reviewers gave only moderate ratings but I would disagree. This is roadhouse not gourmet food and it certainly exceeds expectations.

After a busy afternoon a stop on the patio at the Bridges for a drink and something to eat is a great way to spend and hour or so. The food was excellent as was the service. This is nice spot to relax overlooking the river and the pond behind the dam.

We had great food and great service when we were here early summer. So we went back. Is this really the same restaurant we were in before? Slow service. The food? Still very good but not a meal size portion, more an appetizer, and I usually can't finish a meal. Despite this, it is a busy restaurant - I can... More

The most amazing stop on the Georgian bike trail in Thornbury. Very nice and prompt service, great tasting food and a great view of the river from the patio. Must try the cider.

The staff were very nice, but the food was assembly-line and prepacked type. The "fresh ground prime rib" was a boxed burger of some kind. Maybe that's how it was advertised on the box, like the PC burgers? For $16 bucks I expect more. The fries were plentiful but kind of soggy. My wife's caeser was very plain, more like... More

Tried this place out on a Monday. Drove from Collingwood to go to another restaurant but it was closed. This look interesting and had a great looking deck. It was a beautiful night to be outside. It is a very large deck surrounding side and back of the restaurant. Inside of the house style restaurant looks very nice. Menu has... More

Excellent food and service and the patios are amazing with a ping pong table in the yard! The menu is chock full of so many tasty items it is hard to choose. Well priced and you just can't beat this joint!

Have eaten on the patio 2-3 times in the past. Lunch menu tends to be pub style with burgers, wings, salads, sandwiches, etc. Restaurant next to Hwy 26 bridge over Beaver River going into Thornbury. Overlooks millpond.

The fish and chips were pretty good and plentiful. The views and ambiance from the outside deck was great. A great place to just stop by casually.
