I went to this pub with my family for a little get together meal. The food was a little expensive but was cooked and presented very well so you get what you paid for. It had a great atmosphere and the staff were all very friendly.

I've eaten here before. They've just changed the menu and I went for the Cod & chips with extra scampi. I asked for the cod to be lightly battered and it was superb. Full marks to the chef. Usual excellent service.

Chose a "mature cheddar cheese" baguette. It came as processed cheese slices that I would expect to get in a McDonalds burger! Beer was good... More

Stopped here just for drinks, we didn't eat so can't review the food. Place was busy and quite noisy. Beer was good.

We ate here last week. First impression was of a lovely pub which was lovely and warm on an autumn night. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent pub food. Definitely recommend.

The food and staff are both top quality. I have had plenty of family meals over the past 6 years there and have always been met with a smile and excellent food. Me and the family will continue to return.

I was disappointed with the ales on offer, all flat and lifeless, this could be due to the fact it hadn't been pulled off as I didn't see anyone drinking it. A nice selection of craft beers though which made up for it slightly. Very friendly staff, very chatty and welcoming. Please sort the beer out as the place looks... More
