Going to Flo's is like visiting with an old friend who has a gift for creating magic in the kitchen! We've been going to Flo's Cafe for many years and have come to know her and Captain Forty (with their children and grandchildren) as just...plain good people who run a clean and friendly family business. When we plan another trip to Treasure Cay, we always think of mouth-watering cinnamon buns or scrumptious desserts, or a delicious breakfast with grits, or a lunch of fresh-caught grouper or snapper. Loved the Food!

Florence and her family provided outstanding food and terrific hospitality when we visited Treasure Cay last month. We especially enjoyed her famous cinnamon rolls, breakfast sandwiches, and corned beef hash with grits!

If I was to choose a last meal it would be a cinnamon bun from Florence bakery

I just wanna say, this bakery holds a special place in my heart. Best cinnamon bun in the whole world as far as I’m concerned. Iv been coming here since I was a little kid, and to this day It is my favorite breakfast spot...and I think about it all the time. I wish I was still eating grits and meat, cinnamon buns, and fish sandwiches on some thick cut bread from Florence on the regular. This place is absolutely iconic of this wonderful part of the world. Much love for this place, Hope their family are happy and healthy and still in business.More

Good Breakfast

Ok prices for the Bahamas. The egg sandwich was good but had a lot of bread in it. I was not a fan of the coffee. It was just a little strong for my liking and they have no equal.

Bread is good

Breakfast sandwiches are good. Cinnamon buns ok. Out of banana bread. Waffles good. Not that friendly. Best to get to go. Small place.

Fabulous breakfast!

The best meals we ate were at Florence's! Extremely friendly service and amazing breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon rolls. We ate there 4 times in week.

Fresh hot Banana Bread!

Do not miss their pastries- yum cheese danish and their fresh bread! Grouper fingers were good too! But the banana bread is sooo good we took a loaf back to the States.

Everything is good a Cafe La Florence

Good “sticky bun” or a quick sandwich

Café la Florence offers breakfast and lunch. As all places in Treasure Cay is a bit pricey but it’s good. They have good cinnamon rolls, breakfast sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Worth trying.

Tasty Treats

Terrible chocolate chip cookies and ok cinnamon rolls

We stopped by for their large chocolate chip cookies and they were hard, dry and tasteless. The next day we thought we would try again and sample their cinnamon rolls since we had read so much about them. They were just ok, quite large but...not great. For $5 they should be big. I would not recommend either item.More

Best Breakfast in Treasure Cay

Love, love the cinnamon rolls - they are amazing! My husband got a breakfast sandwich daily - the pre-made sandwiches are good, but when they are made fresh, you can’t find better. The homemade bread is really good!

Treasure Cay Bahamas

Best place and bakery. Florence’s is known for the best cinnamon rolls in the world. They were. And she had the best brownies and breakfasts with the best bacon. And also awesome Grouper fingers which is a fish. We were there either every day or...every second day. And Captain Fortie and Florence and the staff were awesome.More

Wonderful bakery & lunch spot, lovely family

This little family run spot cranks out amazing baked goods & savory breakfasts and lunches. We went for the cinnamon rolls and returned for more! The breakfast sandwiches are also delish. I had the shrimp and grits one morning and loved them! By day 2...Mrs. Florence (I presume) remembered my name. Such a great little place.More

I would seriously bet against it, at least as to the baked goods. But they do have eggs and bacon or sausage for breakfast. Good coffee and it's a great place to drop in for the local color.
