We live in Manchester and have a great selection of curry houses. This is one of the best curries we've had. Our portions were generous and peeking at other people's food- this is the norm. Everyone seemed to say they enjoyed the food, when paying. I'm a veggie and my partner is vegan and this was no problem for them.... More

We visited this wee cafe on Friday and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue with some choices from the menu not being available but if you're willing to be flexible you'll have a great experience. We mostly had the Indian curries and starters which were very tasty, especially those with fish... More

Had a fantastic lunch here, only wished we could have eaten there again, but wasnt on the Island for long enough, we had both Indian & Italian dishes on our table and we couldn't fault any of it.

Little Barra has not too many choices of places to eat, but this Italian and Indian fusion is really good to get food, especially if you have vegan requirements. Food little on the pricier side than normal, but then you are pretty remote here so seems reasonable. Good friendly service and simple interior works well for good atmosphere. Helped with... More

Had dinner here on a Saturday evening - booking is a must as it only seats around 24 people! Intimate restaurant with a choice of mainly Italian dishes or curries - locally sourced where possible & really fresh. Soup of the day was fresh & tasty & the Spag Bol / Haddock & chips main meals were delicious - great... More

This small and intimate restaurant is an absolute pleasure to visit. The food is either Indian or Italian, which seems like an odd mix but works really well somehow. We both had Indian meals and they were absolutely delicious! The scallop pakora are not to be missed!
