Unsatisfactory breakfast.

The babaganuche (eggplant paste) is bad, it's practically just the unseasoned eggplant core. It's not even paste.
The hummus is very bland too.
The line to get an espresso was huge and remained that way for the 3 hours of the buffet. Not to mention that the beans used are very roasted and the coffee is quite bitter. For those who like a good espresso, go for it. And yet, with 15 minutes left before the end of buffet time, the employee was told that no one else could enter the line. Yes, there was still a queue. I had to complain and only then was it “authorized”.
The so-called soft guaca is not made from paste, but rather with avocados cut into pieces. Too bad!
What improved the general dissatisfaction of friends and family was the high quality of the live music performed by Nallu, which deserves our congratulations.
Regarding the external area, it is a pleasant space but needs to be better maintained. It's simple and doesn't fill your eyes.
Our opinion was that it is not worth the high price charged. We paid R$160 and it’s not even worth R$80. Go to a good bakery, have an excellent breakfast, eat much better and pay much less.

We bought a colonial coffee for a Sunday (R$ 120.00) which has absolutely nothing colonial about it. There is a lack of variety, organization, replacement, signs identifying the food. There was only one place to serve bread, cakes and cold cuts, so there was a huge queue.
The place is big, so there could be more food stations. There are only three: one with bread, another with eggs, chips, sausage, bacon and another with sweets and fruits (very basic). I was very disappointed, the castle is beautiful, the singer is great, but the breakfast is very poor. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.

The place is beautiful! very well maintained, clean with well-cut grass. Excellent place to take photos and spend the day. What disappointed was the colonial coffee. Anyone who knows Gramado's colonial coffee will understand the dissatisfaction. High price and low quality products.

I hired a colonial coffee on 09/07 for me and my wife. A shame! I arrived at 8:30 am (opening time) and only managed to get to the only table with food at 9:45 am! Just one table of food for an audience of approximately 250 people. There should be tables spread out by type of food, sweets, snacks, etc. Anything! All together. Very poorly planned. 1h15 standing in line to have a coffee for R$120 per head! Terrible

Bad experience, I won't be back!
There was no food replacement, we arrived at 10 am and there were no options such as cheese bread. Food of average quality, nothing special, everything very simple.
Buffet is confusing, everything is scattered
Scrambled egg was dry
There was no jelly (it ran out and there was no replacement)
Coffee was the only option for hot drinks and it also ran out frequently because it took a long time to replenish it.

Bad experience, weak show with just 2 princesses, with half the children in the sun. Soggy cheese bread, a clear lack of organization, lots of children and nothing done with their well-being in mind. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Evidently, the site administration needs to make a choice: reduce the number of people, increase the number of employees or lower the price so that it is compatible with the service provided. The inefficiency of the structure starts at reception, which forces you to stand in a queue on the road, blocking an entire lane of it. The food offered is of poor quality (scrambled eggs, waffles and dumplings are close to inedible). Even replacing glasses is problematic during busy times. The employees are also not very helpful when making requests. The quality needs to improve a lot to be worth the R$120.00 they charge per person.

We were at the place today, 08/27/2023, for the Gourmet barbecue, which in terms of Gourmet has nothing, the Waiters were completely lost. We were a group of 5 people, the BUFFET was COLD **no one deserves to eat ice cold rice***
Meat: we only ate sausage and chicken, ICE CREAM was what was on our table... we arrived at 1pm and left at 3pm hungry...
